On a fast, flat course in almost ideal conditions, AFD runner Kate Estlea Morris managed to take top spot in a new course record by nearly half a minute and a PB by almost the same in a time of 33.06.
The women also took the team prize with Rhiannon Navesey 35.40 and Beccy Lord 36.42 backing up Kate.

First Hampshire man home was Jacob O’ Hara 31.21 in 14th, Richard Lovejoy 31.27 in 19th and Richard Waldron 31.58 in 29th.
The Men’s team finished 5th.
