Hampshire Schools: Combined Events

We hold an Individual Pentathlon competition for Under 15/Junior (Year 9 & exceptional Year 8’s) & Under 17/Intermediate (Year 10 & Year 11) athletes usually in the last week before the May half-term holiday. Entries come from individual schools. Results from this event and any other relevant competitions are considered in the selection process. Hampshire athletes are then nominated for the South East Regional Championships, held over a weekend in late June. Any Under 19/Senior (Year 12 & Year 13) athletes in Hampshire who are interested in competing at the Regional event are asked to self- nominate directly to: ceselection@hampshireschoolsathletics.org.uk

Following these Regional Championships athletes qualify for the English Schools finals, normally held in early September.
