Hampshire Schools: Combined Events

We hold an Individual Pentathlon competition for Under 15/Junior (Year 9 & exceptional Year 8’s) & Under 17/Intermediate (Year 10 & Year 11) athletes usually in the last week before the May half-term holiday. Entries come from individual schools. Results from this event & any other relevant competitions are considered in the selection process. Hampshire athletes are then
nominated for the South East Regional Championships, held over a weekend in late June. Any Under 19/Senior (Year 12 & Year 13) athletes in Hampshire who are interested in competing at the Regional event are asked to self- nominate directly to: ceselection@hampshireschoolsathletics.org.uk

Following these Regional Championships athletes qualify for the English Schools finals, normally held in early September.
