Please note that this season's SEAA Cross Country Championships on January 24th 2026 will be used for selection of SEAA U20 Men and Women and Senior Men and Women representative teams (4 athletes per team) for the Home Countries International and Inter-Area Match at Parliament Hill on Saturday February 7th 2026. 

We would appreciate you bringing this to the attention of your team managers, coaches and athletes.
