Hampshire Athletics is seeking a passionate and organised volunteer Cross Country Team Manager to lead, support, and inspire our athletes in national inter county championships.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in local athletics, support the development of Hampshire's finest distance runners, and give back to the sporting community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate team entries and selections for regional and national inter-county fixtures.
• Act as the main point of contact for athletes and coaches regarding race-day information.
• Manage team logistics on race days, including distributing race numbers and organising team areas.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all team members.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A reliable, approachable, and enthusiastic individual.
• Knowledge and experience of cross country running.
• Commitment to attending key winter cross country fixtures.
