The Hampshire Athletics Track and Field Championships were held at Mountbatten Stadium on Saturday and Sunday 10^th and 11^th May 2025.

Over the two days more than 670 athletes competed in over 150 track and field events. The weather was kind and there were many personal best and seasons best performances.

Three athletes achieved Championship Best Performances:

Emil Friedrich from Guernsey broke the 300m record for Under 15 Boys with a time of 36.80 seconds. This record had been in place since 2016.

Lucia Bertacchini from Winchester and District AC achieved 43.27 seconds in the Under 17 Women 300m Hurdles. Also a record form 2016.

Anna Merritt from Harrow broke her own record, held since 2023, in the Senior Women’s Hammer with 56.40 metres.
